The Process
Our tour quality putting greens are custom built for how they will be used. If there’s a small space for just putting or chipping from the fringe, the process is different than if chipping from anywhere in the back yard is wanted. We’ve even built putting greens that will hold a shot from 200+ yards. We also build sand bunkers, t-boxes and expanded chipping areas, to complete the perfect practice area. We use only the highest quality artificial turf materials for all our products and very specialized rock, sand base materials and padding that have been proven to perform at PGA levels.
- Perfect for putting and chipping from the fringe in small spaces.
- Site preparation: Remove grass, any landscaping and relocate sprinklers, valves, drain downspouts and contour ground to ensure proper drainage.
- Install our sand base material and compact with industrial compactor.
- Shape base material for desired undulations.
- Install cups
- Install turf, cut, and seam fringe to putting surface.
- Spread several layers of our sand, using power brooms into turf with our Brutus roller until the ball rolls smoothly and the desired stimp speed is reached.
