Artificial Turf – 15-year limited warranty for defective materials or workmanship resulting in premature wear, during normal use or suffers significant fading breakdown or degradation due to exposure of natural ultraviolet rays. Proration: Years 1-8 (100%), Years 9-12 (50%), Years 13-15 (25%). Full warranty information available upon request.

Labor and Workmanship – Pro Greens and Turf warrants the workmanship and labor performed for 1 year from the date of installation, subject to the following limitations:

• Any natural settling of land, tree, or shrub roots
• Acts of nature beyond our control
• Willful or negligent abuse to the green and/or turf
• Any other occurrence beyond our control
